So I guess if Obama's people get in (of course, HE did not say this, just the ocean level stuff) there will be plenty of work for hospitalists. Yes.  A better option than what we've had for quite some time? Obviously.  I think major party nominees will always be disappointing as the two party system is an archaic joke which demands contortion into idea robots for political success.
