    We called that the "merry walker" when I worked in the NH; it was meant for wandering Alzheimer's patients. We had a dood who used to do a high-jump Fosbury flop out of that thing so he could go to bed.

    Looks like a good awful cage on wheels.
    Or a toilet chair encased in all its pipping.
    How ugly, it is not aesthetically pleasing.
    I would be bungy jumping out of that thing rather than be seen in it.
